Whewwwwwwww!!! So you think it's easy to be full of joy for 16 to 18 hours a day? I'm exhausted. lol. But here I am in the hotel after the Black Eyed Sally's show and I can't sleep. So, I'm writing my report.
So far, this is undoubtedly the wildest audience of the tour. The writing was on the wall as we headed to the show. Our hotel was just off of Reverend Boodyopus Avenue. Our GPS kept on saying "continue straight on Booty-o-puss, continue straight on Booty-o-puss". Need I say more???
So, why, why, why, do you think Anthony forgot the words to "Voodoo Moon"? I know why. He was shocked at the display on the dance floor in front of the bandstand. Since he's so much younger than me, he doesn't understand that it was just poetry in motion. Not shocking to me however, as I am well versed in girl on girl action. That's it boss. Yep.
Roger was spanking the drums without sticks. I feel for his ex-girlfriends. Roberto was lighting up the stage with his groove and his smile properly.
The band jammed "The Blues Is Good" from the forthcoming Album. It got the crowd on their feet. With Anthony, the blues is great!
I hope Larry, Larry, Larry is too busy in his lazy boy reclined all the way to back to read this... because Superfan Frank from Hartford would like to have his position. And, not on the lazy boy but in the van. Yeah, yeah, yeah!
And there were some new fans. Diane and Kim... or was it Kim and Diane? I am four and a half hugs from knowing which is which. They started off hesitant and quiet. By the end of the show they had graduated to full family membership. Yes.
We also had the Apollo Beach Posse headed by Repo. The only one that was missing was Pops. No bbq for us tonight!
Tonight's post is brought to you in a timely manner courtesy of water and no long island ice teas.
Can I go to sleep now? I'll try.
Over and Out!
Your Conductor,
Lothar
